18th November 2003 Windsurfing: Dahab Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: lots Surf / Sea State: wind chop Air Temperature: 30 Sea Temperature: Weather: SUNNY ! not cloud in sky Max Speed: Distance Covered: As im writting this a week later its hard to remmber what i done on what day............had lots to drink at night! Wind kicked in a bit earlier to day and was out onthe water at 10.30 with 5.7 sail and naish titian 252 I was feeling more confindent in the kit today so I ventured out to speedy. The wind on the outside was much more constant and not gusty like in the lagoon. I was getting really fast and long runs right from the edge of the outside reef back into the lagoon really fast at times, wish I had a gps so I know how fast I was going ( or how slow ) there wasn't many people going past me though. My tacks and gybes were getting better with me having more dry ones than wet ones Was out on the water for most of the day only coming back in for a sandwich and to top up my camel pack |
